Contacted Scott recently when after some heavy rain a leak in our roof made itself evident by dripping through our ceiling. That’s a stressful feeling. Scott replied to me minuets later on a Saturday evening and assured me they’d get on this quickly. Derek came out a couple days later got right on it. Besides some seepage down a board in the attic next to suspect valley, the exact source couldn’t be located so some shingle tear-off ensued. Derek found the leak and got right on the repair. The 17 year old roof is a green 3 tab type and my least concern was a color match as the roof will get replaced in the near future.
